After lengthy research, we are pleased to be able to offer you classic car repair insurance for the first year after you purchase your vehicle for any vintage car built in 1950 or later that you purchase from us.
Due to our nine-year company history, we were able to find an insurance company that has agreed to cooperate with us. Technical components such as the engine, transmission, cardan shaft, differential, drive shafts, steering, electrics, fuel system, cooling system – in other words, the essential components of vehicle technology – are insurable.
The bodywork, paintwork, attachments, interior fittings, normal maintenance and inspection work, as well as liquids, oils, greases and other operating materials and consumables are not insurable. The insurance premium depends on the engine and the condition of your vehicle. So the better the condition of your newly acquired classic car, the lower the insurance premium will be and the condition will be assessed by an independent expert according to Classic Data.
In general, you can expect an insurance premium of between €300.00 and €1,000.00. The costs for preparing the report are of course additional, but since your car insurance company will probably require a report, this part of the costs would arise anyway.
The recovery of your “stranded” classic car, a rental car and compensation for loss during the repair period are not insured. It is best to discuss the details on site. This means we can take away your fear of major repairs during the first year after purchasing your vehicle and we are pleased to be able to enrich our offer with an interesting option.
